Anyone done pricing research for semiconductor components sold to OEMs?

Struggling to figure out the right method since the buyers are engineers and procurement teams, not regular consumers. Standard pricing surveys don't seem to fit well here.

Yeah, standard surveys definitely fall flat here. For OEM/procurement audiences, conjoint analysis (especially choice-based conjoint) tends to work much better since you can simulate real trade-offs between price, lead time, specs, and supplier reliability. We've also had luck with depth interviews + should-cost modeling to triangulate — procurement folks especially respond well when you come in with data rather than abstract survey questions.
