Anyone researched how patients choose between telehealth and in-person visits?

Trying to understand what actually drives that decision — cost, convenience, trust? Looking for methods others have used beyond just a basic survey.

We ran a conjoint study on this exact question last year — convenience and wait time consistently outranked cost as drivers, which surprised the client. Beyond surveys, I'd strongly recommend combining it with session replay or diary studies to capture real decision moments, not just recalled ones. Qualtrics conjoint works well here if you want a starting point.
