For adoption rates, I'd start with industry reports from PMMI or Smithers — they track packaging material shifts pretty regularly. Euromonitor and Mintel also have good data if you have access. If you want primary research, a quick survey to procurement or ops teams asking about current vs. planned usage works surprisingly well and gives you fresher numbers than most published reports.
