Best way to track brand perception shifts in defence contracting?

Our client just won a major government contract and wants to know if it moved the needle on how they're perceived by other buyers. Not sure what method makes the most sense here.

For defence contracting specifically, I'd run a quick wave of stakeholder interviews (10-15 procurement decision-makers) combined with a simple brand perception survey before and after — even a retrospective baseline works if you missed the pre-wave. LinkedIn sentiment tracking around the contract announcement can also give you a cheap leading indicator of how the news landed with industry peers.
