For Southeast Asia construction machinery, I'd start with import/export trade data from UN Comtrade — it's free and gives you a solid baseline on equipment flows by country. Layer on top of that infrastructure spending plans from ADB or World Bank project pipelines, since those are leading indicators of demand. Oxford Economics also has decent construction output forecasts by market if you have budget for a subscription.
