How do you track customer sentiment for semiconductor shortages?

We're seeing a lot of supply chain noise and I'm trying to figure out how other researchers are capturing how OEM customers actually feel about it. Any quick methods that have worked for you?

We've had good results combining a short pulse survey (5-6 questions max) sent monthly to procurement contacts with social listening on LinkedIn and industry forums like EETimes. The pulse tracks things like lead time satisfaction and supplier communication quality on a simple 1-5 scale so you can spot trend shifts fast. NPS alone won't cut it here — you really need those operational-level questions to surface the real pain points.
