Best way to survey last-mile delivery customers without low response rates?

We keep getting terrible response rates when surveying end customers after delivery. Anyone found a channel or timing that actually works?

Timing is everything here — SMS surveys sent within 30 minutes of delivery consistently outperform email by 3-4x in my experience. Keep it to 1-2 questions max and use a tool like Delighted or Typeform with a direct link (no login required). We've hit 35%+ response rates doing exactly this for a logistics client.
