How do you track demand shifts for chips during a supply crunch?

Traditional surveys are too slow during a crunch — by the time results are in, the market has shifted twice. We've had better luck combining real-time distributor sell-through data with Google Trends signals and short pulse surveys (5 questions, 48-hour turnaround) to catch demand moves early. Tools like Qualtrics for the pulse piece and a simple Power BI dashboard pulling distributor feeds have worked well for us.
