For income-segmented EV data, I'd start with Experian Automotive or S&P Global Mobility — both let you cross-tab registrations against household income tiers. The Atlas EV Hub is also solid and free for high-level trend data. If you need richer attitudinal stuff layered on top, pairing that with a quick custom survey using NHTS as a benchmark works really well.
