Panel surveys still have their place but we've been layering in social listening tools like Brandwatch or Sprout Social to catch real-time shifts, especially with Gen Z where preferences move fast. Pairing that with quarterly pulse surveys (shorter, like 10 questions max) segmented by age gives you both the trend signal and the 'why' behind it. Honestly the combo works better than relying on panels alone.
