Best way to segment B2B customers in last-mile delivery?

Trying to figure out how to break down our client's customer base beyond just company size. Any frameworks you've found actually useful here?

Beyond size, I'd look at delivery frequency + urgency tolerance + order predictability — those three usually cluster B2B customers way more meaningfully than firmographics alone. In last-mile specifically, whether a client is time-definite vs. cost-sensitive vs. high-returns tends to drive totally different service needs. A simple RFM-style matrix adapted for delivery behavior (regularity, frequency, margin) can get you there pretty quickly without overcomplicating it.
