Honestly, company size alone is a trap — two 500-person companies can buy totally differently. I'd layer in buying behavior (self-serve vs. sales-assisted) and tech sophistication (are they already cloud-native or migrating?). That combo has given my clients much cleaner segments than firmographics alone.
