How do you segment B2B buyers in the semiconductor space?

Working on a project targeting chip buyers across a few different end markets and struggling with how to cut the segmentation. Any frameworks that actually worked for you?

For semi, I usually start with end-market vertical (auto, data center, industrial, consumer) then layer in buying role (design engineer vs. procurement vs. exec) since those two cut very differently on what drives decisions. Volume tier matters too — a Tier 1 OEM and a mid-size ODM might be in the same vertical but need totally different messaging. What end markets are you spanning? That would help narrow down which axis to prioritize.
