Definitely treat them as separate segments — their decision drivers are totally different. A simple screener question upfront ('Are you the primary recipient of care, or do you manage care for someone else?') works well to split them. We've found caregivers often hold more purchasing power in home care contexts, so collapsing them into one group can really muddy your insights.
