Honestly, a combo of free tools goes a long way — DRAMeXchange publishes weekly spot and contract price trends for free, and you can set up Google Alerts for major players like Micron, Samsung, and SK Hynix earnings calls where they literally discuss pricing pressure. I also scrape distributor sites like Digi-Key and Mouser manually every couple weeks just to spot retail-level shifts. Not perfect, but it's kept us pretty well informed without paying for expensive subscriptions.
