How do you track switching behavior between cloud providers?

We've had good results combining exit interviews with procurement data analysis — the interviews surface the emotional/political reasons (vendor lock-in frustration, support issues) that surveys miss. Tools like G2 and TrustRadius also have decent review data you can mine for switching signals. If budget allows, a conjoint study with current multi-cloud users can quantify which pain points actually drive the decision vs. just cause complaints.
