Trying to run a study on how procurement teams evaluate suppliers but access is really tricky. Curious how others have gotten around that.

Defence procurement is tough — we've had the most luck going through industry associations like NCMA or using LinkedIn to target contracting officers directly with a very short survey (under 10 min is key). Offering an anonymised summary report of findings as an incentive helps a lot with response rates in this space.
