Anyone used conjoint analysis for defense procurement decisions?

Conjoint can work here but the respondent pool is tricky — you need actual procurement decision-makers, not proxies, and they're hard to recruit in defense. We've had better luck with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) for supplier selection in regulated industries since it handles the compliance/risk trade-offs more naturally. What attributes are you prioritizing — cost, security clearance levels, past performance?
