We're doing some pricing research for a defence logistics client getting into commercial drones. Curious if conjoint actually works here or if it's too niche.

Conjoint absolutely works here — we ran a CBC study for an autonomous delivery client last year and it handled niche audiences fine with around 300 B2B respondents. Key is nailing your attributes: delivery speed, payload weight, reliability SLA, and cost-per-kg were the ones that really drove utility scores for us.
