Anyone researched last-mile delivery preferences from the customer side?

Trying to understand what actually drives satisfaction for end consumers — speed, cost, flexibility, etc. Wondering if conjoint has worked well here.

Conjoint works really well here — we ran a CBC study on this about 18 months ago and flexibility (specific delivery windows vs. next-day) consistently outranked raw speed, which surprised a lot of stakeholders. Cost sensitivity varied a lot by product category though, so I'd recommend segmenting your sample by purchase type. Happy to dig into design specifics if you're scoping a study.
