Conjoint is actually a great fit here — we ran a choice-based conjoint for an industrial adhesive client last year and it really clarified willingness-to-pay across different buyer segments (procurement vs. engineers had very different price sensitivities). Sawtooth Software is the go-to tool for this. I'd say 200-300 respondents is enough if your target market is well-defined.
