Conjoint is absolutely the right call here — we ran a choice-based conjoint for a telehealth client last year using Qualtrics and it nailed the pricing sweet spot around $35-50 for on-demand visits. The key is making sure you're testing attributes beyond just price (wait time, provider type, follow-up included) so patients are making realistic trade-offs. If your budget is tight, even a simplified Van Westendorp can get you a ballpark, but CBC will give you way more actionable segmentation.
