Anyone used conjoint analysis to price heavy equipment attachments?

Trying to figure out what contractors actually value when buying excavator attachments. Wondering if conjoint is overkill or actually worth the effort here.

Conjoint is absolutely worth it here — we ran a CBC study for a similar B2B equipment client and it was the only way to untangle whether contractors actually cared about compatibility, durability ratings, or dealer support vs. just saying 'all of it matters.' Keep your attributes tight (6-8 max) and aim for 150-200 respondents since this is a niche audience. Lighthouse Studio or even Qualtrics conjoint can handle the design without too much pain.
