Best way to run surveys for a B2B SaaS pricing study?

Trying to figure out willingness to pay for a cloud security product but most of our respondents are IT decision-makers who are hard to reach. Any approach that's worked for you?

For hard-to-reach IT decision-makers, I'd go with a panel provider like Lucid or Cint with strict job title targeting — expect to pay a premium but response quality is worth it. For the pricing piece specifically, Van Westendorp or Conjoint works great, but keep the survey under 10 minutes or completion rates tank with this audience. Also tried LinkedIn outreach with a $25 gift card incentive for a similar cloud security study and got solid response rates around 18%.
