Best way to segment EV buyers who are on the fence?

We have a bunch of survey data but struggling to find a clean way to split out the hesitant buyers from the committed ones. Open to ideas.

Try segmenting on purchase timeline + top barrier — those two variables together usually isolate the fence-sitters pretty cleanly. Anyone saying '12-24 months' with a stated concern around charging infrastructure or resale value is your classic hesitant buyer. A simple 2x2 cluster in SPSS or even Excel pivot tables can get you there fast without overcomplicating it.
