Best way to survey farmers who aren't super online?

Phone-based IVR surveys or SMS with simple numbered responses have worked way better for us in similar projects — response rates jumped from under 10% to around 35%. If budget allows, partnering with local agricultural co-ops or extension officers to do face-to-face intercepts is honestly the gold standard. They already have farmer trust, which makes all the difference.
