Honestly, truck stops and weigh stations are your best bet for intercepts — drivers have downtime there and response rates can hit 40-50% with a small incentive like a gift card. SMS surveys also work surprisingly well since drivers are on their phones during breaks. Keep it under 5 minutes or you'll lose them fast.
