Best way to test if sustainable packaging messaging actually moves the needle?

Our client wants to know if eco-friendly claims on packaging change purchase intent. Not sure whether to run a survey or something more behavioral.

Honestly, conjoint analysis beats a straight survey here because it forces trade-offs instead of letting everyone just say 'yes, eco matters to me.' Pair it with a simulated shelf test (tools like Zappi or Veylinx are great for this) to get behavioral purchase data. That combo gives your client both the 'why' and actual click-to-buy proof.
