Best way to test price sensitivity for a new snack brand?

We're launching a premium snack line and want to figure out what price points actually work. Thinking conjoint but open to other ideas.

Conjoint is solid for this, but for a quicker read on price specifically, Van Westendorp Price Sensitivity Meter is my go-to — it's fast to field and gives you a clear acceptable price range without needing a complex design. If you do go conjoint, make sure price isn't the only differentiating attribute or respondents will just anchor on it. What's your timeline and budget looking like?
