Anyone used conjoint analysis to price precision farming tools?

We're launching a soil sensor product and need to nail the pricing for smallholder farmers. Wondering if conjoint is overkill here or actually worth it.

Conjoint is absolutely worth it here — smallholder farmers are super price-sensitive and feature trade-offs aren't obvious without data. I'd go with a simple CBC (choice-based conjoint) in Qualtrics or even SurveyMonkey's conjoint tool, keeping it to 4-5 attributes max (price, battery life, connectivity, durability). Aim for 150-200 respondents minimum; willingness-to-pay ranges for ag tech tools often surprise you.
