Usage-based absolutely makes sense here — we've had great results splitting by operational intensity (hours/year, shift patterns) and purchase driver (replacement vs. fleet expansion vs. first-time buyer). Those three cut across company size and predict buying behavior way better than firmographics alone. Job title of the actual decision-maker is another strong one since procurement vs. operations vs. finance all prioritize completely different things.
