Firmographics alone will definitely leave you with blind spots here. Try layering in behavioral signals like purchase frequency, equipment age/replacement cycles, and whether they buy vs. lease — those tend to predict intent way better than company size. Usage-based segmentation (e.g., light industrial vs. heavy-duty continuous ops) has also worked really well in projects I've run in this space.
