Best way to segment customers in the last-mile delivery space?

Trying to figure out if B2B and B2C last-mile customers should be treated as totally separate segments or not. Has anyone done this kind of segmentation work before?

B2B and B2C should definitely be treated as separate segments — their pain points are pretty different (reliability/SLA compliance vs. convenience/speed). I'd start with a needs-based segmentation using conjoint analysis to see how much each group values things like delivery windows, tracking, and cost. Even a quick 200-respondent study split evenly across both can surface some pretty clear dividing lines.
