Best way to survey farmers who aren't very online?

Question

Trying to get feedback from smallholder farmers but most don't use smartphones or email. Has anyone cracked this?

IVR (interactive voice response) surveys work really well here — farmers just answer questions by pressing numbers on any basic phone. We've also had good results pairing local enumerators with paper forms and then digitizing with KoboToolbox. Response rates were honestly better than online surveys we'd run before.
