For last-mile delivery, I'd start with behavioral segmentation — frequency of orders, delivery time sensitivity, and willingness to pay for speed tend to be the most actionable cuts. Layering in demographics and urban vs. suburban location usually rounds it out nicely. Tools like k-means clustering in SPSS or even a simple RFM model can get you there fast if you have transaction data.
