What's a good way to test new packaging concepts for snack foods?

We have about 4 concepts ready and need consumer feedback fast. Wondering if anyone's had better luck with focus groups vs online surveys for this kind of thing.

For 4 concepts with speed as a priority, I'd go online survey with a monadic or sequential monadic design — tools like Suzy or Zappi can get you solid results in 24-48 hours with 200-300 respondents. Focus groups are great for the 'why' behind reactions, but if you need directional data fast, online wins. If budget allows, do a quick online quant first, then a focus group to dig into the top 2 concepts.
