Anyone used conjoint analysis to price last-mile delivery services?

We have a few service tiers we're testing and want to know what features actually drive willingness to pay. Wondering if conjoint is overkill here.

Conjoint is actually a great fit here — last-mile delivery has a pretty clear set of attributes (speed, tracking, time windows, price) that map perfectly to a discrete choice design. We ran something similar for a logistics client with about 300 respondents and it gave us really clean part-worth utilities that showed delivery window flexibility was worth way more than people said in surveys. Qualtrics or Sawtooth can get you up and running quickly if you haven't picked a tool yet.
