How do you track brand perception shifts during an EV launch?

Working on a project for a mid-size auto brand rolling out their first EV. Not sure if surveys alone will cut it or if we need something more ongoing.

Surveys alone won't cut it for something this dynamic — layer in social listening (Brandwatch or Sprout work well) to catch sentiment shifts in real time alongside a monthly brand tracker with consistent KPIs. For an EV launch specifically, I'd watch 'trust in battery tech' and 'range anxiety' as custom metrics since those tend to move fast early on. Running a pulse survey every 4-6 weeks during the first 6 months gives you the trend line without burning out respondents.
