Post-delivery SMS surveys work really well here — keep it to 1-2 questions max and aim to send within 2 hours of delivery confirmation, you'll see response rates of 20-30% easily. Tools like Delighted or even a basic Typeform integration with your dispatch system can automate this. Also worth pulling operational data alongside it (delivery attempt rates, time windows hit) so you're triangulating rather than relying on surveys alone.
